Harji has the most advanced High Temperature Hot Dip Galvanizing Ceramic Bath Furnace for accurate & smooth coating. Equipped with Multi Station Forming Machines for high production at close tolerance. We achieve a better fatigue resistance with fillet radius and roll-formed  threads with its smoothly blended reduced root thread run out.

Hot forging further facilitate us to produce even bigger dias ( from M27 to M56) or long length ( from 200 mm to 500mm ) Bigger heads are forged by hot forging process.

At Harji Fastners, special products and dies are designed using CAD / CAM to achieve 100% accuracy in products.
